Different angle of the sculpt I posted the other day.
Here's a look at this monstrous beast I designed and sculpted for a movie. The movie has now been put on permanent hiatus unfortunately. However this thing is still crazy awesome in my opinion and took a lot of hard work to bring to life. Little background info on the design process: This creature was meant to be a crazy mashup of wolves, worms and all sorts of crazy tumorous things combined to make a nightmarish creature. Very much inspired by the creatures from The Thing and Lovecraft stories. The Necator was meant to be the final creature the protagonists faced in the story. In the story this creature was about 50 feet tall. Made up of all the wolves in the forest where the story took place.
Sculpted in Super Sculpey, this statue stands at about 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide. It has over 15 smaller wolves mashed up into it, over 100 insect legs, over 100 tentacles and worm parts. if you look closely you can see all the different wolves trying to escape its massive body. The whole idea was that this creature extended it's tentacles throughout the forest and grabbed all the wolves around and sucked them up creating this abomination.
