here are some rough pics of this orc, ogre or whatever you might want to call it. I just felt like taking a stab at designing/creating my own personal orc looking creature and this is what i came up with.

I like how he resembles a toad. I'd picture orcs to look like that. Scaly, rough, green and just plain ugly.
